Can you fully manage procurement for my business?We offer a range of packages which includes a fully managed service, similar to having an employed buyer at a fraction of the cost. Following an initial consultation with your personal buyer, we try to understand your main buying driver on a typical order. For some it will always be about getting the best price, and for others it could be about getting the fastest deliveries. With our VIP package you will have a direct line to your buyer to discuss your needs on each site; sometimes we understand you may have different requirements depending on how the job is going. If a deadline is approaching your buyer can switch the buying process from getting the best prices to organising the fastest delivery.

Are you able to help get materials delivered quicker than the supplier?If time is not on your side and you need materials to site yesterday, we have excellent relationships with a number of couriers and pallet delivery services. We fully understand that sometimes it's better arranging a same day delivery via a courier than to have trades standing around on site with nothing to do.

What happens when I run out of my quote allowance?If you reach the maximum number of quotes your package allows you can either upgrade to the next tier via the manage my subscription page, request the quote when your allowance resets or request the quote directly with your suppliers.
